Warranty & Returns


Refund, Return and Warranty Policy

Our policies are set in place to make it a quick and easy process for our Customers. We have a strict 3-month replacement policy for our products and accessories as products continually change in the market, we intend to do right by you in the shortest period of time possible. The 3-month period begins when your delivery arrives to you.

Our process is simple:

1. Send damaged products back to JB Wholesale with Order details.

2. JB Wholesale representatives and warranty team will inspect the product for physical damages dealt by customers.

3. If inspection is passed – we will happily exchange the product / provide you with store credit of that same value.

4. If further inspection is required for parts with our manufacturers, will will notify you asap. The Manufactures inspection and service centre process is detailed below.

5. Request Store Credit, Refund or Exchange

We do not normally accept return if you:

• Scratches/bad condition reasons(as agreed on 80% condition and above);

• Any goods damaged or lost in transit when the customer sends the product back to us for warranty or return.

• Personal issue or simply change your mind;

• Any third party has opened the phone or changed any parts/motherboard IC of its original condition;

• Any serial number/IMEI number has been removed or defaced from the product;

• Grading condition has been changed after a certain time using. Cracked front/back glass screen

* If the damaged product sits outside of the 3-month replacement policy window we have and the issue is from our manufacturer’s end, we will only be able to provide store credit for that value (Within a 6-month time frame).

Manufacturer inspection For Parts

We are not authorized to manage warranty for some items. The process is as follows: Product will be sent to the screen manufacturer’s service center, and the inspection process of the manufacturer will be needed to determine whether the problem is caused by the product itself, the inspection report is attached. If the problem is the product itself, the manufacturer will be able to provide a full replacement product for you, if you do not wish for this – we will offer you a full refund/credit to our store. If the product has been returned post 3 months and it is a manufacturer problem – we are only able to provide store credit for that value. This process requires at least 14 business days once product has been received by JB Wholesale.

For Accessories:

If the product is damaged / does not do as described / intended too, we will happily replace the product for you or provide a full refund within 1 month.
